Returns & Refunds
Our commitment to satisfaction extends to a 15-day returns policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the condition received.
- In the original packaging.
- In case of a reaction to our products, please provide photographic evidence for return eligibility.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned beyond the 15-day window.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen days to the original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company, as posting may take time.
- Next, contact your bank for any processing delays.

- Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
