Hair Growth: A guide to get your hair goals on track

Stop over washing

While we're often told to limit washing our hair everyday, one may wonder why exactly.
"Overwashing could be stripping the healthy oils from your hair, leaving you with hair that is dry and more prone to breakage," Li says.
"It is best to allow your hair to breathe between washes, so you should avoid washing it every day. If your hair is very oily, try using a dry shampoo to absorb the oil and give you a freshly washed feeling, while keeping your hair damage free."
